Points to be discussed
1. Casual Leave :-
You can take 2 casual leaves in a month but you need to inform us atleast prior to 2days for which you have to mail us in our official Mail ID:- support@speako24.com and attach in CC piyush.gupta@speako24.com and soumosree@speako24.com and also please attach the same with Piyush Sir and Soumosree Ma'am in their respective Whatsapp.
2. Earned Leave:-
If taking more leaves inspite of 2 casual leaves in that case you need to update us atleast before 4days and also we need a mail with valid proofs and documents for which you will be reverted back with approval notice if approved, if no mail reverted it means not approved.
Note:- If not notified before 4 days then penalty of Rs.500/- will be charged for the number of days.
3. Long leave :-
If you need a long leave for Vacation, Examination, Medical, Emergency then also you need to share us a mail prior to 7 days with valid proofs and documents and also the same need to be shared with Piyush Sir and Soumosree Ma'am in their respective Whatsapp If granted then you will be reverted back with an approval notice if not reverted back means not granted.
Note:- It's mandatory to inform us prior to 7days otherwise penalty of Rs500 will be charged for the number of days
Leave Procedures:
Application Process:
You have to apply your leave in our official Mail ID: support@speako24.com and also that mail to be shared via Whatsapp both to Piyush Sir and Soumosree Ma'am
(If taken leaves more than 2 casual leaves)
Approval Workflow:
You have to wait until it is approved by our company.
Documentation Requirements:
What supporting documents (medical certificates, etc.) are needed.

4. For the regular teachers
If you are informed by Soumosree Ma'am or Piyush Sir that any new kid added in your batch, please check his/her proficiency level and share the feedback to the respective informer (Piyush Sir or Soumosree Ma'am) rather than sharing it to the parent directly.
Please take the introduction of the new kid and introduce him/her with the other kids.
Atleast for a week interact with the new kid and try to make him/her comfortable with others.
