Presentation in English.

With proper planning and preparation, you will be completely confident and less nervous. And your audience will sense your assurance. Your audience will be confident as well. They will have faith in you. This will give you power. Take command of your audience and your presentation. You will be 'in charge' if you have control, and your audience will respond positively to your message.
Definition-

One of the most effective ways to communicate your message is through a successful presentation. Because English is so widely used in international business, knowing the vocabulary and techniques used in English language presentations is a valuable asset.

Objective-

Before you begin preparing a presentation, ask yourself, "Why am I making this presentation?" Do you desire to educate or persuade, train, or sell? Your goal should be crystal clear in your mind. If it is not clear to you, it will not be clear to your audience.

Audience-

"To whom am I delivering this presentation?" This is not always obvious. You should perform your fairest to educate yourself. How many people are there? Who exactly are they? People in business? What about professionals? Political figures? Experts or laypeople? Is it going to be a small, intimate gathering of four colleagues or a large gathering of 400 competitors? How much do they already know, and what do they expect from you?

Conclusion-

"How should I respond?" You must now decide what you want to say. First, you should generate some ideas. You will undoubtedly come up with numerous ideas for your presentation. However, you must be selective. You should only include information that is relevant to your audience and your goal. You should rule out all other possibilities. You must also come up with a title for your presentation.
