Subject: Complaint letter regarding the poor maintenance of the garden and improper waste disposal

Sir,

I live on Rory Lane, and my name is Sharanya Sinha. I'm writing to draw your attention to the neglected gardens surrounding our residential neighborhood and the careless way rubbish is being disposed of. Regular watering of the yard and initial tidy maintenance of the grass and shrubs around the residential area. Since the last time the garden was maintained, it has been more than a month. Every attempt we made to get in touch with the person in charge ended in failure.

The issue of waste disposal is another one that is getting worse. Every two days, employees of the firm would collect waste for disposal, but it has been more than a week since they have visited our neighborhood. Due to the buildup of waste caused by this, people have no choice but to start dumping it in the street corner. Please take a look at this and the garden's upkeep because if this continues, it will become a large mess. It would be very appreciated if you could also let the locals know that all trash would be picked up and they shouldn't throw it out on the street corners.

Thank you in advance.

Yours faithfully,
